Sales Disclosures Online does not issue refunds for digital data products once the order is confirmed and the product has been downloaded.

Please be assured that your digital data download will begin immediately.  In rare cases, individual computer internet settings may prevent the download of certain file types.  In these cases, please check your internet settings to make sure that “xls” file are not being blocked.
